Wawa Show and Sell (10:00am to 2:00pm)

October 13 and 14, 2018

Always check with the local Wawa store manager to confirm the times you can sell and where he/she would like you to set up.  Each unit will receive a GSCBSA Wawa confirmation letter and a certificate of insurance that they must take with them to their assigned Wawa location(s).  Each District Executive is working with their units to assign Wawa locations.  

Product Returns (during normal Scout Shop Store hours, Monday to Saturday)

October 22, 2018 to October 26, 2018

Only sealed full cases should be returned.  Your leftover Early Bird and Show and Sell products should be used to fill your Take Orders.

Early payment is due by November 10, 2018 at noon.

If you pay early you will receive an extra 1% in commission.  This will already be reflected in the system.  The 1% will be removed and you will have a higher balance due after November 12, 2018.

Final payment is due by December 1, 2018.

All prize orders are due by November 17, 2018.  

If you are opting out of prizes, you can still receive basic participation patches but the total number of patches must be submitted no later than November 17th.  (Note: Military, online sales, top seller and other patches will not be available, just the base participation patch.)  If you opt out of prizes, you submit the quantity of patches needed to your district executive and the patches will be ordered by the council.  Patches will be distributed by your district executive. 

Commissions

Online sales have a 50% commission rate, but they do not count towards prize totals.  Online sales do qualify for participation patches.  Online sale commissions are distributed by Trails End to the council on a quarterly basis.  The council will distribute the funds by January 31, 2019.
